The Artist

The company SPUTNIK develops transdisciplinary and sensitive anthropological experiences in public spaces.

We experiment with new artistic rituals that reveal our humanity, creativity, and empathy. These sensory experiences can become catalysts for change and transformation.

The company’s aim is to explore new creative forms in public space that question reality, give voice to others, and offer alternative narratives of shared spaces.

We develop four lines of work where we put art at the service of people: laboratories, experiments, collaborative projects, and site-specific creations. These four areas form an ecosystem where creativity, innovation, and human relationships intertwine to discover new creative horizons and new knowledge.

The Workshop

How can we create and lead a project for a community or a specific place? How do we encounter a territory and its inhabitants? How do we engage in this encounter? And, ethically, how do we avoid objectifying the people we meet? How do we respect cultural rights? How do we say goodbye? And how can we leave a co-created footprint?

Together, we will explore and share our reflections and definitions, drawing from our respective experiences. After introducing some theoretical concepts, we will put into practice various protocols for encounter and site-specific writing.
