In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that the personal data provided through the form, as well as your email address, are part of a database managed by SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL, with registered office at C/ Ciutat de Mataró nº 4, 1-5, Tàrrega, and tax ID number F75744904, for the purpose of informing you about the professional services of SPASA.

You are hereby informed that you may object at any time to such communications by sending an email to hola@spasa.cat and requesting the removal of your contact from the database maintained by the Data Controller.

Specifically, data collected via website forms are included in the processing of website users, to whom this privacy policy applies.

Such data includes name, surname, and email address, which are necessary to contact SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL.

In the event that SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL contracts third parties (data processors) who access personal data due to contracted services, a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulation will be executed. This contract will regulate the use and confidentiality of the personal data, as well as the security measures implemented by the processor to ensure data protection.

By completing the website forms, the data subject gives their consent for their personal data to be included in the aforementioned processing system, and for the data to be used according to this privacy policy. Likewise, the user consents to receiving periodic information regarding our services.

3. Security Measures:

SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL has implemented the legally required security measures to protect personal data, and has installed all available technical measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of such data.

4. Rights of Data Subjects:

Individuals whose data is processed, as well as those with data included in any processing carried out by SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL, may contact the Data Controller to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction, and ultimately, the right to be forgotten. These rights may only be exercised by the data subject or their legal representative, subject to proper verification of identity.

A. Right of access: the data subject may exercise this right by sending an email to hola@spasa.cat or by writing to SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL at C/ Ciutat de Mataró nº 4, 1-5, Tàrrega (Lleida). The Data Controller will respond within one month. If the response is affirmative, the data subject will have access to the information within 10 days of receiving notification.

B. Right of rectification and erasure: these rights may be exercised when the data subject believes that the data held is inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or excessive. Requests may be submitted via either of the means mentioned above. The Data Controller will rectify or erase the data within 10 days of receiving the request.

C. Right to data portability: this may be exercised when the data subject wishes for their data to be returned or transmitted to another entity (data processor).

D. Right to restriction of processing: this may be exercised prior to objecting to processing, and while the objection is being resolved, the processing will be limited.

E. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): individuals have the right to request the deletion of their data when:

  • The data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

  • Consent is withdrawn.

  • The data subject objects to processing.

  • The data have been unlawfully processed.

  • The data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.

  • The data were collected in connection with information society services directed at minors.
     

If SPASA DINAMITZACIONS SCCL has made the data public and they must be deleted, the company must take reasonable steps to inform data processors or controllers handling the data of the deletion.
 

There are some exceptions to this right:

  • Exercising the right to freedom of expression and information.

  • Compliance with a legal obligation.

  • Archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes.

  • The establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
